Material Specifications
- Vertical Posts welded to the base plate with all required gussets, cleats, etc. duly hot-dip galvanized.
- Bi- absorbent Aluminum /GI perforated shells duly assembled with self-drilling GI screws. The sound-absorbing layer is sandwiched inside the Aluminum /GI panel, duly separated to induce a bi-absorbent effect. Aluminum panels shall be powder coated.
- Soundproofing transparent panels shall be made of PMMA/Polycarbonate duly encased in a bolted steel frame with an EPDM rubber gasket. The steel frame is to be hot-dip galvanized.
